This morning I worked out with Jillian for the first time. Let's just say that jumping jacks suck when I am 32 yrs old and 40 lbs over weight! I had to do them one handed today. Reminder to self: wear a sports bra in the morning. I purchased the 30 Day Shred and am willing to give this a try for a solid 30 Days. I may have a busy schedule, but I know I can spend 20 minutes each morning to pump this out and get myself back on track. I enjoyed working out with our new TV. It made my workout feel more like a class then watching an instructional video on a TV.
Day 1 of Shred 1/14/11
Tonight the girls and I danced around the living room making it my 2nd workout of the day. Daddy joined in and his work out consisted of lifting, spinning and flipping our 90+ lbs daughter. I'll stick to my 5lb weights.
